To provide decision support for everyday clinical practice, we developed evidence-based guidelines using international standards including AGREE. Practice recommendations are developed based on the results of a systematic literature review and appraisal, considerations of clinical experts and patient values. All guidelines are endorsed by Dutch national professional allied health associations and the patient’s society. The guidelines are available for downloading.
